How does the service work?
Resorting to this service is quite easy: 1. Our multiservice selects personnel based on the customer's requirements. We take into account the specialisation, qualification level, number of people and the time during which the employees will be engaged; 2. the labour remuneration of the provided specialist and the amount of commission received by our agency for his/her provision are discussed separately; 3. A package of documents regulating all-round relations between our company, the customer and the personnel is prepared. 4. Two contracts are drawn up. One describes the terms and conditions of co-operation between the client and the hired specialist; the other describes the terms and conditions of co-operation between Impel Griffin and the client company; 5. On the part of the employer the specialists are hired - this makes them full-fledged employees of your company. At the same time, a labour contract is written, which specifies all the terms and conditions of cooperation.
